WizBiz Ltd. gives you Free Delivery within the UK on all items
Our Aim
Currently our average UK delivery time is 2 working days from when the order is placed. We do our best to despatch all of our orders in good time but please make allowances for possible delays.
Payment by Paypal and Credit/Debit Card
Existing PayPal customers can follow the checkout process to make quick purchases using their PayPal account. Card Payments: This is quick and secure, these are processed using the latest Paypal secure payment methods via Paypal, simply follow our check out process.
Cheques and Postal Orders
If you wish to place an order but don’t wish to use PayPal then WizBiz is able to accept Cheques or Postal orders made payable to WizBiz Limited. Once you have completed shopping check out and print the On-line payment form. Please email your list of required product reference codes to Wizbizdispatch@gmail.com and we will send you your order reference and postage details.
Overseas (Non-UK) Delivery
Unfortunately Wizbiz are unable to provide free delivery to customers outside the UK, but we will do our best to keep the cost to a minimum. Please email your list of required product reference codes to Wizbizdispatch@gmail.com and we will calculate your full postal charges.
Deliveries to countries outside the UK may be subject to additional local duties & taxes. Payment of these additional costs is the responsibility of the customer. Please note that the Republic of Ireland is considered as Overseas.
Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive an item that is faulty, or not as described, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.
- You must notify us of any fault or damage within 14 days of receiving your item.
- Please contact us before returning any item.
- Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs initially.
- Once the item has been inspected and confirmed to be faulty, we will refund the return postage cost (at our standard rate) within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
- Items that have been damaged due to customer misuse, neglect, or accidental damage cannot be returned or refunded.

Refund Policy
Once we have safely received your returned item and verified its condition (or confirmed the fault), we will process your refund or store credit.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
- Refunds will not be issued for items that show signs of customer-caused damage.
