These conditions apply to all the company’s quotes, contracts, and orders (including orders made by phone, fax, post, or online). For trade buyers, no other terms or promises, whether made before, during, or after an order, will apply unless the company agrees to them in writing.
Product Information:
Brochure descriptions, website information, and samples are only meant as a guide. Specifications such as size, weight, colour, and performance details are provided by manufacturers and may vary depending on your vehicle’s make and model. Pictures may not show the exact item you receive.
Buyers must check the latest specifications directly with the manufacturer or the company before ordering. Manufacturers may change specifications without notice to improve products, and the company will try to inform you of any changes.
Order Details:
The company may correct technical or clerical errors in any order without notice. Buyers must make sure all order details are correct before submitting them. After delivery, the company is not responsible for any errors unless informed within seven days of receiving the documents showing the error.
Delivery:
Delivery charges and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. We aim to deliver within these timeframes, but delays can happen due to circumstances beyond our control. The company is not responsible for delays or failure to deliver within estimated times.
Risk of any loss or damage to products passes to you on the date they are delivered or the first delivery attempt.
Unless stated otherwise, orders are dispatched within at most 72 hours. Transit time depends on the courier. Contact us if you need a different shipping method.
Payment:
Payment is taken when your order is received, after checking your card details and confirming stock availability. If items are out of stock, we will let you know as soon as possible and give you the choice of waiting or receiving a full refund.
To prevent fraud, your name, address, and other details may be checked against third-party databases. By agreeing to these terms, you consent to these checks. This does not affect your credit score. Your information will be handled securely and in line with the UK Data Protection Act.
We try to ensure all website prices are correct, but mistakes can happen. If a pricing error is found, we will contact you to confirm whether you want to continue with the order at the correct price or cancel it. If we cannot reach you, the order will be cancelled. Any payment already made will be refunded in full.
We accept payment by credit card, debit card, or PayPal. Credit options are not available.
Guarantees/Warranties:
All product guarantees are provided by the manufacturer or UK importer and follow their terms. Customers should complete and return any warranty cards or documents when they receive their goods.
